Rochester Partner Ballet Studio: Dancing with Denise

 

Nutcracker wouldn’t be Nutcracker without the local Children’s cast! Dancing alongside the full international professional cast are local Rochester children from Dancing with Denise. Dancing with Denise was established in 1985 when owner/teacher Denise Baller taught dance to children in over 40 daycare centers in and around the Rochester area. As her students grew up, she opened a dance studio to add evening and Saturday classes for her students who were then in elementary school and beyond. Dancing with Denise is well known for promoting fun, good health, and confidence in a non-pressure, non-competitive environment. Family-centered, Dancing with Denise hosts and participates in family fun events like local parades, providing entertainment at farmer’s markets, participating in Sea Breeze Dance Days, holding their annual dance recital, hosting birthday parties, Family Fun Nights, and Zumba® classes for all ages (from baby through adult). Dancing with Denise has recently relocated the dance studio to Webster, NY, where “Having Fun is Our Philosophy” will always be the center of what they do.

FAQ For Friends and Family Tickets

Do we get special seats this year?

Seats have been held for the Friends and Family of children in the show. Your ticket orders will be pulled from those areas.

How should we buy those tickets?

After the local audition, Friends and Family will receive an email with a special Ticketmaster link for the show.  This year, please buy directly online with the special link sent to you. 

After I buy, when will we get the tickets?

With this new system on Ticketmaster, you’ll get your tickets right away!

Can I give my friends this special link?

Yes! you may share that link with anyone who wants to see your child dance!

Do we get a discount like in past years?

Yes!  There is a 23% discount built into your special link!

I’m not sure what performance time my child will be cast in. Can I buy the tickets now and get moved to another show if needed?

Please wait to purchase until you know which showtime your child will perform.  We cannot move seats once they have been confirmed.
