Ticket Purchaser Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets to any of Moscow Ballet's performances, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions:
1. User Acceptance and Consent to Terms and Conditions.
By using or registering for the services offered, users and the entities or persons they represent agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms, conditions, and notices set forth or referenced herein (“Terms and Conditions”). Your purchase of any tickets constitutes acceptance of those Terms and Conditions. In addition, when you purchase any tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions of each of the purchase policies to which such tickets are subject, including the rules and regulations of the venues presenting the events to which such tickets grant you admission. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions herein, please do not purchase tickets. By purchasing tickets, you represent that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Pricing and Other Errors.
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this site, or any affiliated site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid.
This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or any website you may be redirected to for purchase. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you, or anyone else incurs in connection with errors of this nature. Under no circumstances will the liability of issuer or its agents exceed the purchase price paid for the ticket.
3. No Refund or Exchange.
All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged. Notwithstanding, some venues have different rules regarding the ability to refund and/or exchange your purchased tickets. Please refer to each venue site for specific exclusions.
4. Limitation of Liability.
You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall we and our affiliated companies, event providers, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, and each of our officers, directors, employees, and agents, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site has been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site or offered through this site, or (b) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
