Chicago Ballet Partnership: Plainfield Dance Academy

Nutcracker wouldn’t be Nutcracker without the local Children’s cast! Dancing along side the full professional Russian cast are local Chicago children from Plainfield Dance Academy. The acronym PDA stands for more than Plainfield Dance Academy - it also represents the school's three philosophical pillars; Passion, Dedication, and Artistry. That trio of words plays right into the studio's raison d'être, which is to introduce students of all ages to the therapeutic and creative power of dance. And to that end, a team of passionate and experienced instructors lead classes that range from classical ballet to modern and hip-hop, ensuring everyone can find a style that's best suited to their temperament, interests, and unique style.
